This Fireplace, BBQ, and Patio store has been selling wood, pellet, and gas fireplaces, inserts, and stoves in Connecticut since in 1979! The owners, Brian Pieck and Nyree Pieck are passionate about what they do and enjoy being part of the hearth, patio, and barbeque industry. They strive to help every customer in achieving the ambience that they are looking for in their home and rediscovering the art of fire. We aim for nothing but complete satisfaction for our consumers and our google reviews show it!
Brian Pieck started his career as an oil & gas service technician in 1999. He worked his way from apprentice to journeyman and finally contractor in 2003. Working at a large propane supplier as a lead service technician and later a service manager/advisor, he dedicated most of his work to propane & natural gas projects. In 2008 

Brian started his own business, BP General, LLC installing and repairing gas fireplaces, freestanding stoves, log sets, and custom fire pits for local fireplace shops. Brian has started his latest venture as owner of House of Warmth Stove & Fireplace Shop, LLC several years ago and loves helping people save money on their home heating bills. Brian personally does all of the gas fireplace, gas insert, gas fire pit and gas log set installations.

Nyree Pieck dedicates most of her time helping customers at the store. Her passion for helping people save money (she's an Accountant by trade) has made being at the store a perfect fit for her. She has been on many installs with Brian which helps her explain in installation process to customers. Nyree also handles all of the marketing and the website design.
Brian and Nyree pride themselves on making sure they fit each family to a fireplace that will fit their needs. They work with each customer individually to ensure they are fit with a product that meets their needs and expectations.  
Outdoor Kitchens and Grills have become a big part of our world and House of Warmth is proud to be carrying American Made, high quality gas, pellet, and charcoal grills. Brian and Nyree have personally worked with each grill to understand how to cook, clean, and become the expert on each one. Last year we cooked a Thanksgiving turkey on our Memphis Pellet grill using Hickory flavored pellets. We got so many rave reviews that we are planning to do again this year.
Have an idea for a custom outdoor firepit? No problem. We can pick out a custom burner for almost any size shape that will exceed your expectations. Brian personally works with each home owner and customize a burner based on any size/shape. Have a favorite color? We can outfit your new firepit with your favorite color glass.
