We are open to thinking out of the box and doing business how you feel most comfortable including but not limited to:

*Virtual sales calls for Fireplaces, Outdoor Kitchens, BBQ Grills, Fire Pits, and Fire Tables on the phone or through FaceTime

*Email quotes.

*Design Your Fire quote tool available on the home page of our website for Fireplaces.

*One-on-one store appointments after hours and on Sundays and Mondays.

*One-on-on in home visits and service appointments where we are wearing masks and gloves.

We have and will continue to follow the guidelines of our local health departments, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As we stay current on this evolving situation, we want to assure you that we are taking the appropriate precautionary measures, such as:

* Ensuring proper and rigorous cleaning and sanitization of common surfaces while providing additional sanitizing products to our guests and staff

* Ongoing staff training to enhance cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our customers and staff

* As always, instructing our staff to stay home if they are not feeling well

* Working closely with and adapting to the ongoing safety guidelines from our local health departments, CDC and WHO

We will continue to respond and adapt as protocol changes to ensure the well-being of each other and our customers.

House of Warmth remains open and operational with appropriate measures to protect the health of the community. For our customers who are at home or at work, we are committed to serving you through our curbside delivery and our online store.
